Sharon Johnson is the SVP & Chief Legal Officer at MODE. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs and providing counsel that contributes to the protection of the organization and its overall strategic objectives. Sharon joined MODE from CompuCom, where she worked as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Board Secretary. Prior to CompuCom, she worked at VCE, Dell/EMC’s converged platforms division, where she served as Deputy General Counsel.

Sharon earned an MBA from the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and holds a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan School of Law). Sharon is admitted to the Texas Bar.
