Dallas, Texas (December 5, 2022) – MODE Global is excited to announce the promotion of Normand Frigon to chief operating officer (COO). As a member of MODE Global’s leadership team, Frigon previously served as senior vice president of enterprise operations.
As COO, Frigon will oversee the following business units: Agent Network & Relations, Business Development, Avenger Logistics and In-House Enterprise Operations.

Frigon possesses more than 25 years of logistics experience covering all aspects of freight management. In 2006, Frigon joined RR&F logistics, the largest agent within the SUNTECKtts network with two other partners helping it grow from a startup to more than $400M in gross revenue in 2021. Frigon’s focus on processes and efficiency will ensure operational excellence allowing for significant growth both through MODE’s Agent Network and within Enterprise Operations.

Frigon will report directly to Malesh in his new role. He is based out of the MODE Global office in Acton, Massachusetts.
