Dallas, Texas (September 6, 2023) – MODE Global, a leading multimodal third-party transportation and logistics provider, recently partnered with the United Way to conduct a multi-city, school supply drive supporting the belief every child deserves access to quality education and the necessary tools to excel academically.

The supply drive was coordinated by MODE’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) committee, ACT. Employees across all MODE’s office locations donated pens, pencils, folders, notebooks and glue sticks to local schools and community centers in need.

“We are so grateful to all of our employees who participated,” said Sharon Johnson, chief legal officer and ESG committee head for MODE Global. “By donating supplies, MODE helps take the burden off of educators in communities that face financial challenges as well as the children whose families struggle to provide the essential school supplies that they need to succeed in the classroom.”

Through the drive, MODE was able to collect enough supplies to equip more than 100 students with school supplies for the upcoming school year.
