Ajit Jagtap serves as the Chief Information Officer at MODE, where he holds responsibility for overseeing all facets of the IT department.

With more than two decades of experience, he has collaborated with senior leadership teams across diverse industries and geographical regions to formulate data-driven strategies, prioritize investments and spearhead enterprise-wide digital transformations. He has a proven track record of assembling, leading and retaining high-performing “techno-functional” teams, particularly during complex change management initiatives. Prior to MODE, Ajit held key roles at Upbound Group, a leading RTO/LTO company. Among these roles, he served as the Head of Engineering and Data Services for Acima, a fintech firm, and contributed his expertise to one of the largest jewelry retailers, Zales Corporation.

Ajit holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Pune University in India and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Texas A&M, Commerce.
